PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF LOGIC AND ACCURACY

AND TEST OF TABULATION EQUIPMENT

Notice is hereby given that Harris County Emergency Services District No. 16, Harris-Fort Bend Emergency Services District No. 100, and Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 7, will conduct a public test of the logic and accuracy of automatic tabulating voting equipment machines which will be used in the election to be held on May 3, 2025. The test will determine that the voting equipment will accurately record the votes cast for all propositions.

The tests will be conducted on March 18, 2025, commencing at 9:00 A.M., at the following location: 820 Gessner Rd., Suite 1710, Houston, Texas 77024.

Se notifica por el presente que el Distrito de Servicios de Emergencia Nro. 16 del Condado de Harris, el Distrito de Servicios de Emergencia Nro. 100 de Harris-Fort Bend y el Distrito de Servicios de Emergencia Nro. 7 del Condado de Montgomery realizarán una prueba pública de lógica y precisión de las máquinas del equipo de votación de tabulación automática que se usarán en la elección que se celebrará el 3 de mayo de 2025. La prueba determinará que el equipo de votación registrará con precisión los votos que se emitan para todas las proposiciones.

Las pruebas se llevarán a cabo el 18 de marzo de 2025, a partir de las 9:00 a.m. en la siguiente ubicación: 820 Gessner Rd., Suite 1710, Houston, Texas 77024.
